As a major development financing institution of the Muslim world, the IDB is expected to take a leading role, and rightly so, in not only contributing towards correcting the negative image haunting the Muslim world, but also in addressing the daunting challenges facing our countries and bringing about real change in people’s lives, and also working towards building a positive image about the beneficiary countries in the world.
